NATO hands over Bamiyan province to local police

The central Afghan province of Bamiyan is handed from Nato control to Afghan security forces, the first of seven areas to pass to local troops. Bamiyan is one of the country's most secure provinces but it is a poor region, heavily reliant on foreign aid.
