- Circus in Bamiyan
- MMCC, Mobile Mini Circus for Children, is an international non profit NGO that has been working in Afghanistan since June 2002. Since then, MMCC has performed and made workshops for more than 460,000 children in a large number of provinces throughout Afghanistan.The main objective of MMCC is providing educational and informative entertainment for children. This aim is achieved by identifying, training, and applying the Afghan talents and potentials. The Bamiyan section opened in Winter 2008.

- Gandhara Ausstellung im Kulturfernsehen
- Die buddhistische Kunst Gandharas erscheint dem westlichen Blick seltsam vertraut, ihr westliches Erbe offenkundig. Gandhara bezeichnet eine historische Region im heutigen Pakistan und Afghanistan, die in ihrer Blütezeit von Baktrien über den Hindukusch bis in das zentrale Nordindien verlief. Sie wurde einer größeren Öffentlichkeit bekannt, als die in Fels gehauenen größten Buddhastatuen der Welt in Bamiyan von den Taliban im März 2001 gesprengt wurden.

- ICOMOS Documentation Center
- The UNESCO/ICOMOS Documentation Center has been created to gather, study and disseminate information concerning principles, techniques and policies for the conservation, protection, rehabilitation and enhancement of monuments, groups of buildings and sites. It is located in Parsi (France) and can be accessed online.
- Return of artefacts to Kabul Museum
- Nearly 1,500 ancient artifacts that were taken out of Afghanistan to save them from destruction and looting have been returned. The items were taken to Kabul's national museum last week from Switzerland, where they have been stored since 1999 in the Afghanistan Museum-in-Exile in Bubendorf.
